Christine Brubaker Artwork

Christine Brubaker is originally from Minnesota and now lives in Sunset Beach. Her love and appreciation of the area inspires her to capture the beauty through her paintings. Cinnabar Artistry was started by Christine Brubaker and her husband to sell her paintings and prints, and commission work.

Christine paints mostly landscape scenes of places she sees that bring her joy and peace. Recently, after visiting a Chihuly glass art exhibit, she was inspired to paint some of the glass art display pieces and discovered a love of painting abstract art from life scenes.

Christine started painting at an early age and loves oil painting. She went on to enjoy a career in commercial art and then to teach elementary and middle school where she shared her love of painting with her students. Christine now spends most of her time oil painting.
