Nationally renowned local author and artist, Miller Pope began his career as a professional cartoonist. He was friends with Mort Walker who created Beetle Bailey, Dik Browne who created the comic Hagar The Horrible and Curt Swan who did the Superman Comics. Miller passed away in 2016 but we have resurrected this Christmas Cartoon he created for The Winds Resort that he and his family owned on Ocean Isle Beach, NC for over 45 years.
