Made By Meg Sea Glass Jewelry
Meg Carter’s handmade jewelry features real beach-found, genuine sea glass with Sterling Silver wire wrappings and charms.
Meg grew up in Connecticut, moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for her junior year of college. Meg loves the beach and enjoys looking for sharks’ teeth with her husband. They have an extensive collection. There was not much sea glass to be found in the area, so they use that as an excuse to go on vacations.
When not making jewelry and doing other business related things, Meg likes to spend time with family. She can often be found with my nose in a book, reading some kind of sappy love story. She and her husband spend most weekends doing home improvement projects. They seem to add to their list of ideas faster than thery can complete them. The important thing is they always have fun working together on their projects, while making ther home all theirss.
Meg loves her life and the people in it. She can’t wait to see what the world has to offer her in the future. “You never know what each new day will bring”.

The demand for colorful sea glass is a frustration. Sourcing these rare colors is difficult, expensive and sometimes questionable when it comes to authenticity.
Prism sea glass jewelry uses white, beach-found, genuine sea glass, creating colorized sea glass by putting a splash of color behind the glass. The color shows through creating an illusion of a colored piece of glass, so we are able to create pieces in almost any color imaginable. We use the same process and glass for every color, so rarity is not a factor and all colors can be priced the same. We do not want consumers to be confused and think Prism Sea Glass is a natural sea glass color.
